I give my experience 1 star because there is no lower available option. Was never able to complete task,nor could I get help to do so.

The agent was professional, she made it super easy and fast

I'm totally not computer or cell phone savvy yet they made it easy for me to complete the applstation. And we're just very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and courteous.
They do have certain standards they have to meet.
And they let you know what they are. And how to follow them simple as that.

Setting up a new account with ID.me was simple, fast, and easy. I have already used it to get an online discount with a major retailer within minutes after creating the new ID.me account. It works great! My only concern was having to provide my complete social security number in order to confirm eligibility for the category of discount designation I needed. I think there could be more secure ways to accomplish this.

Complex registration that requires transmitting photos of your id used for verification over the internet.
The end result does not seem any better than two step verification.

Not much more to say about it. It was simple, easy and secure.

First experience was a horrible multi month ordeal w/ more than enough identification for NJ employment. Then had a horrible experience trying to register military discount for Verizon with DD 214 form. This company SUCKS!

Endless entering of codes then, oops try later, no phone support, email support was sending instructions that already not working.

Too much personal information requested. As an employee of a company, I should not have to provide so much personal information to do my job, much less allow access to my credit score. A secure pin sent to my phone should be enough additional security.

If I didn't have two first names process would be easier for me. Other than that it's super.easy. Many option for second id verification provided is a plus.

Went through all the steps to set up an account including photo recognition. At the end of the process, was instructed an "error" had occurred and recommended I create a new account. Did not feel like my personal information was protected if they wanted me to duplicate it.

My experience was good, they treated me in the best possible way, that was very good.

It was confusing took me almost a total of 3 hours somewhere in there once I started from my cell phone to my laptop or my desktop it just can't rerouting and rerouting there was a glitch as far as the verification for email and phone number

Took way to many pictures before it worked I took pictures people at unemployment office took my pic no work finally on the 50 pic it worked

Was required to do this. Took half an hour on the computer but feel my identity is much more secure now. I'm 70 but relatively computer savvy and was able to complete the process fairly quickly/easily

Personally identifiable information (driver's license and passport images) and Zoom videos going back and forth between my computer and smartphone. NUMEROUS verification codes going back and forth via email and phone text, some of them were 10+ digits and sent via Zoom Video voice.
