It was easy and straightforward. I love the fact that a my information is safe and secure and would never want it to fall in the wrong hands of evil cunning malicious fraudulent people.
After several years of being unsuccessful in gaining online access I gave it 1 more try. The convoluted process required another 4-5 attempts with instructions by agent not working until 5th attempt. Not user friendly.
