It was a good experience but I had to get a translator because i rather communicate in Spanish. I was able to navigate with minimal translations. I was able to understand most of the questions too. The only thing i did not like is that ii did not like is having to explain my experience

The process was a lot less painful than I thought it would be I was dreading it because I always get told my documents aren't right or something but this time they accepted them quickly and then they said video call and I have terrible anxiety but the guy that handled my call made it super quick and easy.
Convenient tool for identification verification. Very easy to follow instructions. Also, the agent I had was extremely helpful, professional, and very nice.
It took me several hours to figure out the process. I tried to go through safari, that didn't work. I tried to use my Mac and go through chrome. That didn't work. My account was blocked several times. I tried using recovery codes that didn't work. Chrome didn't like my photos. There was no access through the IRS to talk to a person and walk me through the process. I finally able to process through my iphone

I am an Apple user and use 1Password to store my passwords. I did not want to use 1Password to login so I used my Apple ID instead. Unfortunately, ID.me created a new account with one of the Apple email suffixes (*******@mac.com,@iCloud.com,@me.com). ID.me did not realize that all those accounts are interchangeable.

This was the quickest and easiest verification processes I've experienced. Nobody likes to have to go through verification but obviously it is necessary to avoid fraud but ID.me makes it so painless.
The process is fairly easy, but I could not get the 4 pics I submitted to verify even though I took them 2 different ways with my phone. I ended up having to wait for a video conference, but that was fairly simple. The agent was quick and efficient and I was verified in minutes once on the call.
