I had to use ID me for Work Force to prove who I was. I was so glad that I had to show proof as anyone could simply call and use my Identity. This made the transaction so much safer and worry free on my part. Easy to understand the prompts and follow thru till the finish. They send you an email to verify and you can verify also using your cell number. Uploading D.L. Was as easy as taking a picture and uploading it. I totally trust ID me when there is so much fraudulent activity!
I'm very satisfied with the I'd Me support team, I couldn't access my account, RSA Needed to be reset and there was not a phone number to call felt a bit loss but they got back to my emails & Michael the analyst kept me updated, TRUST THE PROCESS, Thank you for keeping my account and information secured. My only suggestion would be to add a helpdesk line for those who are not tech savvy.
Everything at first is not knowing what to do but the procees makes it easy to understand and get in done correctly
