Still wasn't able to link back over to Florida commerce which I'm having an issue with because of two different linked email accounts, but other than that everyone did great with their job and thank you

Complete fiasco. If ID verification were their primary business, instead of pushing fake product/service discounts, they would already be out of business. Their bots must be made by Mattel for all the good they are. Someone in the VA must be funding a lakeside cabin for retirement. Its the only possible reason this company is still a government vendor.

My whole experience for everything was done very pleasant, will say off to another topic for those who keeps lashing on out towards about my daily life having troublesome to a lot of people who are the complete different ethnicity. Convincing others about me "ruining something" instead of me doing something about that problem. One of the answers is that are jealousy to many who are not older people who goes after those who are younger who are not so called "$#*!ed" which means it will not fix it what they're all doing is completely wrongful. Knowingly is way worse than what they think are just plain out stupid for doing so.

I can follow the instructions easily, any problem to scan documents
I wanted to set up a payment plan for my unpaid taxes. When I went on IRS.gov, it had me create an account with ID.me. The process was a little tedious, but easy to follow along.
My experience with I d me was great I got through it with guidance and steps through the whole process which is what helped me complete it
I don't understand why the submitted documents were constantly called invalid even though they are bona fide authentic. It took no less than 100 times over three months before being accepted by ID.me. This was an unpleasant journey.
