The website itself is terrible. It lacks info about why your stuff isn't working and lacks ways to speak with someone directly. It held on to my old id from the last time I tried this 4 yrs ago and didn't give any option to remove it let alone know it was even there. That caused my new id to not upload. I FINALLY after days of trying the same thing over and over- it gave me a link to speak to someone live. I had to get a manager because the agent wouldn't look at my document like they are supposed to and just kept saying it's expired ma'am. The manager fixed the issue and deleted my old one, supposedly, however this time it wanted me to provide a copy of said expired license. Who even has that after 4 yrs? Luckily I did by some miracle because at that point in the system, if I didn't have it I wasn't getting any further with no way to get a live person on the line. The agents were all great aside from the first lady. Maybe she was having a bad day idk but the system itself it's absolutely terrible.

The procedure was simple, expedient, and satisfying. They have set a high standard, ergo, I will use as a benchmark to gauge other sites for what is possible.

I've been with them for quite a while, have not had to use them in a while and forgot my password promptly got my password from them, reverified my military service and was done in minutes seconds even
Frustrating, maddening waste of time. I would rate it with 0 stars if that were possible. I am just waiting to have my personal info stolen or be hacked due their technical incompetence.

Still wasn't able to link back over to Florida commerce which I'm having an issue with because of two different linked email accounts, but other than that everyone did great with their job and thank you
