2 hrs at career source, is not unemployment office's help! They are not in the business to assist the unemployed. Almost diabolical!

Once you go through the steps of setting your id me account up. You'll love how easy and safe it is to use. Also trust in knowing your safe by using this before going in doing taxes or getting what you need from social security or anything government.

Overall when you lose your or forget any of your passwords or and then trying to get your affiliation back is difficult that's my opinion

An adventure, skill set of logging into websites and services and uploading documents. It was very easy and first time that I've had my face scanned and compared to the idea I uploaded which I think was just fantastic and super easy.

Recently, during Thanksgiving I lost job and I was badly apply unemployment VEC agency, I could not able to log on or get access to VEC, ID me helped right away.

ID-me is secure and easy to use once you take the time to sign up. It makes accessing a range of benefits easy and secure. And it saves a lot of headache from having to create an account for each government agency.

I mistakenly thought ID.me was a stopgap in third party scam services, attaching themselves to official government sites, in order to dupe people into thinking they are dealing with a service vetted through the government and /or ID.me. When I saw that I could be verified through them I thought it was a legit service. I was wrong.

Entered all my information and got into the useless government website designed by morons, and meant to keep you separated from the benefits you have earned

Tell you what I think my information should be safe. Since I can't get into the application.
Can't get into my account getting extremely frustrated.!

Frustrating amount of time and having to upload photo of both sides of drivers license 2 times to sign in. I wasn't sure this was a legitimate website with amount of information requested.

I was hesitant to begin the process at first, because I had privacy and security concerns. The process was simple and I was able to complete it without issues. I will use it at every opportunity as it makes it easier than trying to remember several different passwords for different agencies.

Very hard to login. I am a disabled and can't comprehend your system. I takes so long to login.
Please remove my ID from your system.
I'll try other ways to contact the VA.

There were a number of steps to verify my identity (and then verify my verification!), with several back and forth requirements to enter information and upload documents, including returning to prior instructions and/or browsers/devices.

As a veteran this has really saved me time and frustration when my ID needs to be verified. In this day and age of scammers this service is vital to me.

Company harvests biometric data as a condition to access basic online services for SSA and taxes. Then sells consumer information to other companies without opt-out. Even before they are hacked and our information and ID pictures are stolen, they're withholding access to basic government services without allowing them to sell our information to spammers. This means that they are not a nice company.

After using your phone to take a photo of your drivers license and video clip, go back to your computer to finish the application process.

Hasn't the trump administration already allowed a third party access to our info? How much more/how many more people get to have all our info?
