Multiple times, when attempting to upload images of the document the app made me resume document uploads at the first document.
The last document I had to upload was my voter registration card. The system rejected the uploaded image because it didn't match my address.
I can understand that because my registration card didn't show my zip code (although all other address details matched my Driver's license)
The problem is that a TX voter registration card doesn't show a zip code in the yellow area where all of the other details are shown. Finally after a few week passed I resumed my attempt to authenticate myself I was successful after only uploading an image of my driver's license. The app never requested another upload of my voter registration card! I have no idea what changed.
Too much run around. Had to provide documents that I don't keep.

ID.me is a tool that allows secure and fast communication with participating entities by first verifying identity. After verifying my identity, which you do have to pay close attention to the steps, was able to upload the requested documents and the issue was closed a few days later! If I had to do the same thing by mail it would have taken much longer. Also it is increasing hard to find a fax service and I don't trust the security of private fax services. So glad the entity that was assisting me uses ID.me.

The process was quick and easy. The customer service was great.
The site is ok once you're able to figure how to navigate it but it's quite frustrating when having to submit your documents or certain documents and once you've uploaded their site still has no clue as to who you are then your prompted to to a video chat for additional verification which makes no sense. Why offer one way just to be informed you need to do it another way. That's my only issue with the site.
