Tedious to activate, not at all iPad friendly required numerous repeated steps to complete. Prompts were gibberish. Used acronym MFA without context before I even knew they meant multifactor authentication. When I went to use id.me I could find everything to know about the site except how to login. I still don't know how I got to a login button, but managed to navigate the MFA and get logged in. I selected to go to the SSA, and was redirected to login to id.me (and go through MFA a second time). I suppose two logins that are exactly the same is better than one, just not for me. Did I mention I didn't know id.me is a third party front end to the services I use? If I were to start over I would use login.gov, it couldn't be any worse.
At first when I joined the program I was kind of skeptical on why they want all this information just to be able to access some information that I needed to receive because it is worth a divorce I'm going to but come to find out that everything worked out for the best
At the beginning I was afraid to use it but I noticed that everything was very secure, easy and quick and could asset my monthly payments.
