Good. Except it won't complete unless I write this
Email & password please. Then add 2 step verification through a text or phone call. After that choose a document to take a pic of front & back & it must have a pic of you on it. Load both of those please. Then take a selfie video with no glasses, heavy makeup, hair covering any of your face or with anything distracting on or as your background!
ARE YOU GETTING THE PICTURE NOW! My phone would only hold 2 pages open while trying to get the log in, pics of ID loaded, sig n in, video review of my face & add the 6 digit number in 2 step verify.
Any questions why this review is bad. Still am not able to sign in, I quit!

Attempted to re verify for firstix, Idme didn't recognize my user and account previously established.
Already did all this before for unemployment & Home depot discount. Don't know why I had to do it again for Lowes discount.
Also during my enlistment my 1st name was John. It's now back to Jonathan, same ssn. Should I put down what's on my dd-214 or what's on my birth certificate?

It was out of this world it was phenomenal they said 30 min they make me ready at 29 she was on video call at exactly 30 I was blow away stop using other shet and use iD.
I got on the app after experiencing a letter in the mailbox from the irs.gov to verify my identity to receive my refunds in...I knew than I had a serious problem on my hand 7
After forcing me to send them pictures of my ID and other important, private documents over and unsecured connection, the system failed to verify me and I had to talk to a human on voice chat to make it happen. You can't pay the IRS without this nonsense id.me account, so they have no reason to ensure their service works. Make sure you have plenty of time to waste.
User friendly, the staff at video call was very helpful stress free communication. The difficulties we had were handled to my satisfaction.

This has been happening to me for almost ten years but the last two? Over the top. The great news is that ID.me has come up with a fantastic service for the population who have challenges, like me. It's perhaps a perfect holiday gesture to an under served population.
