Had trouble to sign in again after printing a page. After I tried to log in my identity was not recognized.
Very difficult instead of improve the system to make it easy is more difficult. Remember not every body is an computer expert.
I tried 4 time's on 2 defrente phones, the I tried again using the video verification method to complete the verification process and complete the process and get the account to work correctly on the IRS website working...

Frustrating at times, but I think I was successful in setting up my new account. The system would not allow me to change my email address which was hacked in Oct 2021.
I somehow, following numerous attempts, was able to add my new email address as a secondary email address.
