I spent hours trying to log in but the process did not work for me. Day 2 I tried again and after more online verification I was able to connect to a live agent. She could not see my ID well enough and said I would get an email to try again. The 2nd try it worked!

Could not get this site to work at first due to messages saying I was blocked. Tried next day and it took many attempts because of documentation and images not good for identification
I was trying to get on my account with an old one that i didn't remember so i tried ID. Me that was a big improvement, sure, there were a lot of steps i had to do, but that only go to show how secure it is. I'm glad i used this one.
