I was told to get authenticated with this service to use my med electronic Rx Service. I did so but my Rx says I am not authenticated. Puts my patients at risk. And I have no one who can help. Instead I get a survey to say how satisfied I am
Tricky to navigate through, but looks extremely secure.
My experience it so sad because I was trying to fill the application since September,I never did that however I tried every single day.
I use it for IRS and social security. It can be trusted. Go for it.
Had a difficult time in the beginning. I was told I could do all of the sign-up on my phone, which was false. After taking pictures of my documents there was some next step using my phone's camera, that my phone apparently "didn't support". I had to click the "chat with..." option to even find the option to speak to an agent.
I have less issues when I use ID.me instead of Login.gov

Signed up which was a terrible experience. The system timed out several times. Now I can no long log in to the health care portal. Basically, I have received an email telling me that I have an account. When I try to access the account I get nothing nut a message saying "This page is unavailable". I need to message my Doctor now concerning an appointment on the 20th of this month.
I don't have a smart phone or a web cam in my computer and since I am traveling I don't have a scanner to get the information (Driver License to you! Now you will sell this information to spammers to call me and or email me!
The process was very simple, fast and safe, with very good attention from the agent.

I uploaded the things in the middle of the night, and there was still a human being there looking at them immediately. Early in the morning, the lady got on, we did the interview, and boom, it was done, super easy. I didnt even get a chance to comb my hair, it all happened so fast. I thought i would be waiting. Nope. Quicker than burger king.

Had access to SSA for years, then IDme asked for Driver's License, which has my full legal name, SSA uses my shortened form of my name (kind of like William vs Bill). That resulted in name mismatch, now I'm locked out of SSA.
