Can't even be identified as a US citizen that even has a drivers license ID in Arizona! They make you answer 50 questions and do a selfie and photograph your ID, drivers license. Ridiculous. Then I still never got access. But let a migrant, illegal cross our border and they get everything for free!

It was very difficult to verify myself because I had changed my phone number. I had already verified with my ID, selfie, email address and the one thing that got me stuck was the phone number. Even after downloading the app, I couldn't update my phone number.
I'm 55 and the process was very easy for me to use it was easier than calling customer service and waiting on hold for extensive periods of time and trying to explain my situation I can view things online upload documents view benefits and etc
Overall it is a very useful and convenient website to navigate. I am able to view my historical social security account information, as well as my historical IRS personal income tax returns. I rate it a 4 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 the highest number.

No clear direction so I spent more time trying and not knowing.
To much to do for the sign in page to get in. I with it was just username and password.
ID me may seem pesky initially, but once you sign up, makes life so easy in follow up sign in's.
Just do it! Best, safest & secure log in. More City, State, Federal Organizations should use!

I was told to get authenticated with this service to use my med electronic Rx Service. I did so but my Rx says I am not authenticated. Puts my patients at risk. And I have no one who can help. Instead I get a survey to say how satisfied I am
Tricky to navigate through, but looks extremely secure.
My experience it so sad because I was trying to fill the application since September,I never did that however I tried every single day.
I use it for IRS and social security. It can be trusted. Go for it.
