I have been trying to get this refund for two years. It's frustrating that my identity was stolen an I'm the one that has to struggle to get my refund every year. An now I finally get into ID me account an it says error every time I try to finish it
The title says it all. The process got mixed in with my trying to pay an estimated tax payment online. Now that I have successfully completed it, I don't know what it's good for or how to use it.

Typical Government inefficiency. They force you to use this method and then it doesn't work. I'd rather go back to the traditional login methods. After going through ID verification steps l couldn't get into the IRS website anymore because of stupid error codes. Technology sucks.
