Time effective and worth my time. I needed to take care of ID. Me for enrollment and it wasn't hard. Took a few seconds to get myself prepared to do everything because I'm impatient.

First like to say been threw many website that claim to put you first but yet my experience always disappoint in the end.
Here I felt they where trying to make it simple but not to simple where security our being compromised but approach to make person experience smooth.
I will keep using your product for such items also recommend to other that might need help with sensitive items.

I am familiar with computers and without the printed brochure it was difficult to maneuver. I then downloaded and printed the step by step instructions and it was easier from there on

I was actually dreading the process. Then when I got started I was impressed. Everything was easy to understand, directions easy to follow, and I got it done quickly..
Normally, ID.me works easily. Today, it was one of the worst disasters ever. I spent from 10 - 4 trying to get in a get a new PIN. Still, I never received anything - no success whatsoever. Ended up driving downtown to sign tax return papers (I already paid what was due) in person and the elevator was broken. My accountant's office is located on the 7th floor. Ended up, my accountant had to come to my house and I had to drive through rush hour traffic to post office. Next thing you know we'll have to file in Bethlehem -
