I am not a great computer person but following the instructions was very easy for me since I have delayed processing. The wait time was no longer than 30 minutes which gave me time to gather myself since I have sensory issues. The gentleman was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail and did not make me feel insecure about using the system. I felt safe to know my documents are in a safe portal. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about joining a system that keeps your information on file and links you to the institution of your choice.
