It's a maze of broken links, constantly asking you for more information if you weren't next to your home office with every single piece of information about your place of birth and location you will have no luck getting through and then if you wanna speak to a person they have completely Moved towards "AI" as a cost cutting method and it shows the service is terrible. The connectivity is terrible. The only thing I wanted to do was log into my veterans healthcare website took a total of 2 1/2 hours.

Two months of trying on my own and had to hire a computer pro to get me through it and I still don't understand how we did it,

NO HELP setting up an account

I tried to creat an account and kept getting error messages. Virtual assisant no help. No phone number to call for help. In person, with a human, communication has not happened.

I cannot complete creating an ID.me account. I don't know why. I returned to the other open browser tab, per the instructions, it states: "SOMETHING WENT WRONG. We are unable to process your request. We have notified of the problem and will do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again!" I has happened twice. How do I get an account opened?
