I go through all your BS and then I can't log in with my credentials. You make it VERY confusing as to what my username should be and then a password. How about using industry standards for your nomenclature and procedures. So I wound up snail mailing my document to the IRS because my time is valuable and I wasted more than 30 minutes screwing around on your sucky system. And NO, I do not feel at all secure about my information being in your hands especially when you say it is my obligation to watch out for fraud. How did you ever get the contract for the crap you developed if your not responsible for the integrity of it. I would write my congressmen but they are the fools who let you do this worthless stuff.
Online registration didn't work, necessitating a call in confirmation process after three days and three hours of trying. So much for government efficiency under King Trump and his sidekick Moron Musk.
Well satisfied with the help from IDme, I've used this application in the past and it is very trustworthy. I very strongly recommend it to everyone, it's fast and very easy to use.

A good job for document review to facilitate your process on the platform. The people in the center are excellent. Perhaps it would be better to take an exam when you want to make the call, perhaps to take the exam to request a person who speaks Spanish.
Everything went pretty well except after I was done when I tried to log in I couldn't log into my healthy bed because you're saying my phone number I can't use but it's the number I've been using to verify with so I don't know I'm stuck where I was at when I first started this still cannot log in so

I wait til the last minute to do my taxes, I always have. So I'm doing them Sunday before April 15,2025 (2 days to go). I needed this ID for my taxes to go through and receive the refund I was due. So it sends me to ID. Me, and I'm (not happy). HOWEVER it was VERY easy to do (i'm on the computer, and it lets me use my smart phone to verify photos! I don't have to be on the same thing!
