Easy to the point. I've always wanted to be on par with the ever changing rules and laws plus TAX STUFF CAN Be hard to figure out with out proper information and yall provide all this in one easy login and im greatful

I thought it was hard to do, but easy than I thought. Take video was difficult. Other wise a ok. I am 75 years old and I did it.

The ID. Me process was unusually interesting and a great process! I would recommend using ID. Me to others. The procedures were safe and very thorough. Easy to maneuver.

This system is do easy and steps are easy to follow. Information is always available yo help even if you get lost like me. Lol

NOT EASY to fill the questions. USE 7&8 grade English vocabulary that it would be easier to digest the questions. Do not use idioms that means different things to people.

Extremely user friendly process and the agent verification was easy and you were walked through any technical issues that occurred like my camera and microphone setting. You do not have to be an expert in technology to use ID. Me.

Okay. Wasn't hard or easy to set up. Process was fairly simple. See how easy it is to submit payments today.

I was apprehensive due the multi-step process to get an account set up and then verifying my identity.
Once I had set up an account, the process was very fluid, moving smoothly from step to step.
Quite impressive, actually. No latency and clear directions. Recommend you use the Google or Bing browser. The setup application does not appear to work with Firefox. This had me frustrated for several minutes.

I decided to use ID. Me to set up an account in order to access tax information in a safe and secure manner. I found the process to be easy and safe. It gives me a one sign in method to use where I can access many government systems quickly.

Horrid. Quirky software on even something as simple as an Apple 6e smart phone. Got lost in finding tabs and heaven only knows what else. Ironically, even though I got lost after gymnastics to get ID. Me's face recognition to work, I was admitted to the IRS site. Spooky and not confidence inspiring as more than a way to allow the government (over which I have absolutely no influence) to enrich ID. Me.

I felt more confident about signing with ID-me. It made me feel safe. Made my mind clear enough to be at calm. Thank you.

The process is easy to follow, only the necessary steps to accomplish the work. This is APP is new to me, need a testing to prove that the effectiveness and safe continuing to use the APP or other comments.

The process is as simple as it can be, and doesn't take long at all. Glad to now that I'd me is another safety measure to help keep my identity safe! Everyone that wants to keep there identity safe (and that should be everyone) should be running to join!

Was easy to use after I had to change the way I had to sign in on the VA website. Once I got the hang of what was asking for it went very well.
