The entire process was incredibly frustrating and poorly handled. From start to finish, it was a mess—my documents weren't accepted, and I couldn't verify my identity even with a valid passport and social security number. The "fraud prevention" measures are excessive, unreasonable, and frankly terrible. What bank includes social security numbers on a bank statements?— expecting that is absurd. On top of everything, the website's functional design was an absolute nightmare. I had to jump through endless, malfunctioning hoops—switching between browsers, opening tabs that often didn't even load, and constantly bouncing between my phone and computer just to get basic tasks done. It was chaotic, broken, and completely user-hostile.

This this app is really hard to use especially when you're trying to log onto it. Sometimes it won't exceptyour photos. You gotta resend them then you gotta change your password. I guess it just has a hard time recognizing passwords. I don't know.

I received a letter from the IRS regarding my tax return. The letter directed me to go to the IRS website. Use the ID me login if I had one and answer a question. That was madness. I went through all the steps, but reached an error code when I went in Under my preestablished account. The second time I went in, I scanned the QR code in the letter and it did take me down a different path, but eventually, I got back to the same place, which was an error code saying that I couldn't get in any further so I felt like I never got past signing in However, later, I check my email and saw that I did in fact verify myself because I wasn't sure whether I had even successfully verified myself because the error code didn't really explain what the error in fact was so then I had to invest a bit more time. Going to a different IRS website Which either directed me to go back down the path of ID me or just wait and see whether my return was coming, so it was completely a ridiculous jaunt through madness and gave me a headache. I hated it every single part of it.
