Don't waste your time. Puts you in a continuous loop. Never goes to destination. After you are logged in to your account and tdry to access SSA, for instance, it takes you to a registration page with no exits

If it hadn't been for id.me I could of still been waiting on my tax refund. It was a little over 3 weeks and where's my refund website would say your taxes are being processed. I tried and used id.me because of the changes the irs was going through than from like it was in the past. And the next day on the where's my refund website I had a date for when my taxes will be in my account. It was a reliever. I even was able to see any questions I needed answered right there on id.me website.

My legal name is Michael Kent Brooks, but for some reason my SS card number shows a name "Mike Kent Brooks" All of my ID: Driver license, Military ID, Passport and Birth Certificate use "Michael" as my first name. I spent hours entering passwords over & over again & never got anywhere After trying to navigate the process for hours I was told that I had on ID me account with another agency already
I had a super experience with the id.me representative they were all so helpful! I had to speak to 2 representatives because my documents weren't uploaded correctly and both of them did an amazing job!
