There was no experience to discuss…. Entered all info did what was asked then couldn't log in. And now I have to come up with more words to make this complate go through more bull $#*!. Can never talk to a human always this automated bull$#*!

Id was an excellent experience with ID, ME, And i was able to contact all the insurance companies without any problems.

It took me 10 minutes to sign in. I don't keep my license scanned. It kept kicking me out. The amount of verification is ridiculous. I'm not dead nor am I an illegal.

I have used ID.me for myself, brother, and father's ID several months apart. First me, my brother a year later, then my father two years later. Despite the lag in time, their self video verification process does not work and has not improved nor been fixed. We always end up having to call an agent. Extremely incompetent and inconvenient process.

Took long it was a very very lengthy process had to do about 3 to 4 times in order for it to finally go through
