It took me 10 minutes to sign in. I don't keep my license scanned. It kept kicking me out. The amount of verification is ridiculous. I'm not dead nor am I an illegal.
I have used ID.me for myself, brother, and father's ID several months apart. First me, my brother a year later, then my father two years later. Despite the lag in time, their self video verification process does not work and has not improved nor been fixed. We always end up having to call an agent. Extremely incompetent and inconvenient process.
