They should of left well enough alone, and just had all of the new people coming in just go on the new site their way.

I could not use self-service because I could not get a good enough picture of my DL with my phone. I tried multiple times and it was very frustrating. I finally had to have someone else take the pictures you needed so I could use the video call option. The whole process took may hours over a two day period. But the actual video call when fine. It was fast and efficient. But I am also concerned that you have all of my personal information. What will you do with it? Now that DOGE may be running the IRS or at least has access to all personal information, I am not feeling very secure.
I logged in as I usually do and it rejected me. This was frustrating and a waste of my time. I wanted to check my SSA and I couldn't. I understand the need to protect my information but it dosent do me any good if I can't access the information because of the site. How many IdMe options does there need to be? Please figure this out. We are not all IT geniuses.
It wasn't to hard to create the profile and verify my identity. I wasn't expecting it to be easy. I think I'd.me should be integrated into verifying identity for all platforms and monopolies
NEVER GOT INTO IRS FILE, I REALLY TIRED BUT NEVER FELT LIKE I WAS ENTERING THE CORRECT INFORMATION. AND THEY JUST WANTED MORE.
