Had to wait about an hour which meant staying online and constantly checking connection. Could lose place in line and come back but chose to wait. I would have lost all power if not plugged in while waiting. Once connected, associate guided me how to download Zoom (this could have been done while waiting) and use Zoom and was very professional (English speaker.)

Today i had to verify my identity with an online ID me Representative. Her name was Darlene and she was terrific. Many people have lives and need to get back to them quickly and she was able to ask me for all of my identification in a timely manner, thoroughly looked through them, and made the determination to verify me. She was just "doing her job" but she is doing a fantastic job indeed!
