ID.me was used to access a Government web site. I still am not sure why the process need be this complex, but given that it must be, ID.me is a smooth way to accomplish the tasks.

The process took too long! My frustration is probably with the IRS, having to prove my identity was such a loooong experience. Downloaded the documents... then had to repeat everything to the video agent.

Spend time to set up account to receive a error 6000 code that doesn't say what the issue is or what needs to be done to solve it. Contacted the phone number that was sent with the error code yet solves nothing nor gives you the option to solve your issue.

I have to use it. It works, even if it takes weeks. I don't have a choice, so I have to wait. I've been using this for sometime now and every now and then I have to reverify my info, again, and again, and again. It's troublesome but I don't have a choice.
