Though the process for submitting all the documents was tedious, I understood the need for verification and safety of identity. My process led to needing a Video Call to virtually meet with a Rep that reviewed the documents submitted, interacted with me and verified my forms of ID on the video. Though I had waited to connect to the Video Call, I was unable to get my laptop camera to activate, and started to feel frustrated. Then the Rep called me and offered solutions so that we could connect and complete the process. She was supportive, efficient and professional. I felt more calm and confident in the process after that interaction.
Once I read the instructions, it was easy to verify my identity.
The gentleman was respectful, informative and patient. I would do business with him due to his character. A benefit to the organization.
The whole process was smooth but clearly up to snuaf with 2FA, and the video interview bit was surprisingly fun due to the patience and good nature of DJ my interviewer.
I like the way they worked with me in order to get my video done. Had bad reception but they worked me through it.

It was very fast, easygoing and fun. Anyway, It did not resolve my problem. I filed 1040 for 2021 in March 22 and still waiting for refund.

There was a fairly long wait, but I'm sure it's because they're swamped because once the operator got me on the line she was friendly and accommodating, there were two instances where something went wrong and both times she swiftly and skillfully navigated me out of said pitfalls. Pay your phone operators more! They deserve it!

The whole process is Too complicated it took me weeks actually months to finish the process Plus it should take hours not weeks to finish the process with my New Jersey state unemployment and furthermore it's impossible to talk to a live person
