This service was very simple to use! In my verification process there was some info I submitted that they questioned so they asked for a video verification. The information exchange was very well coached and it was really simple to complete the video verification. I did have to wait 56 minutes online for a human to be available, but the time estimate was accurate and there was an opportunity to save what I'd done already and info for trying later without having to start from scratch. It was lunchtime so I waited and sure enough, at 56 minutes the guy came on! It just took 2-3 minutes and my verification is all set.

It's not that hard, and you've got to have this thing to be able to deal with the government, like the IRS and the DMV. Quit acting like they are going through your dirty laundry, they can do that already. Just get over it and get it. You'll need this thing sooner or later.

This is a quick service. The wait is just to get to an agent. Once on line it goes fast. My agent was direct, but laughed a bit. This made much more personal. She quickly overcame a problem with my video not focusing on my cards. We used Zoom to do that. Very smooth and easy.
