If you want to waste a lot of time uploading documents it "clearly" states are acceptable on their site, go for it. I've wasted most of my morning changing formats ie pdf to jpeg, their site doesn't like pdf.

When your 84 yrs old computers are very frustrating and when you talk to someone about it, it doesn't solve the problem. An office should be set up for people like us or take information over the phone, I eventually had to ask a young neighbor to help me.
