And don't know how to explain the hoops they put me through., I have been waiting for days hours and into the night, till I am numb.
To hear from a IRS agent was told I would get a call never did tell me when, the time, and that was on the 1rst of Sept so do I sit by my phone waiting for a call well it never came. So no I am not doing another thing I don't care about the refund or if they are going to put me in jail. I am done untill I get a straight up answer from somebody who isn't going to tell me to go to this site now they tell me go to this other site and so on and so on If anybody has been through this you can relate. Horrible right?

I'd like to say it was excellent, but I can't. I guess this is what we are going to have to live with in this world of technology. I'm sure it will be said that all the steps that are required to have an electronic account is for our security. I guess the financial websites I use aren't secure, yet, I haven't heard or been notified of any of them being hacked. I've used other government websites and they all have very tedious and extensive log in procedures. Usually not a good experience.

I was on the IRS website and when that didn't seem to work anymore I tried the ID.ME option that was offered. They wanted a photo of my drivers license and a fingerprint? Screw that! I canceled before providing either.
