I felt that all my given information was secure, but it was difficult coming up with the documents requested. On the first go around it would have helped if I was told they wanted it in JPG format. I submitted it in PDF. No go. After figuring it out I tried again but since my state has a hold on renewing drivers licenses (mine is expired). No go. The system could not read my passport. No go. I finally went the slow route ( which really wasn't slow) video conferencing. Success. Agent was very helpful.
A great service representative answered my video call. The long wait times means you need to set aside at least an hour of your time to wait for the review process and someone available for a video call.

This site was pretty easy to understand. Only small inconvenience I had was a couple attempts to confirm my identity documents for them to go through but other than that, it was great.
She was Fast, Patient, knowledgeable and professional. There was a lot of trouble on my end but she listened and worked with me the best she could. I could barely hear her due to my location and service but she heard me perfectly and assisted until she completed the video accurately.
