This was easier than expected. The instructions are superb and simple to follow. The requirements are just enough to verify I am who I say I am. I started the process on my PC, used my phone for pics and the selfie, finished on my PC. The link for the selfie worked perfectly, although I wish I'd known I'd need to take one at the outset. Phoenix, AZ in the dead of summer monsoon season and outside wearing a hat doesn't do wonders for me being photogenic!:-)

I joined the video chat but I was booted and this happened a couple of times. Even though my settings on my laptop said my microphone and camera were working, ID.me rep could not get audio or video. He tried to help me with settings and even had me change the browser. He was still not able to see or hear me. So the employee called me and helped me troubleshoot the issue until it appeared my laptop camera was not working. Then the employee helped me try to get into the video chat using my phone. It still didn't work. So he helped me install Zoom on my phone and set it up. It worked. It took the employee only a minute or two to verify my information. I really appreciate everything the employee did and that he did not give up until I was able to connect and get verified.
