I have had a good experience in the past and the idea is wonderful. Unfortunately, when I got to the point where the webcam on my laptop was to scan my face, it didn't work. The first two times, it said to get closer, but I could never get close enough for the software. Then it wanted me to move left; then right. Then up, then down. There was no Goldie Locks zone with this until I dumped the laptop version and used my iPad. Far from ideal.

The office suspended my verification after I have been verified with no explanation. I reached out to office on numerous over the past week and still no contact. My livelihood is at the mercy of this organization in order to receive unemployment benefits. The unemployment office also is waiting on IDME for my status in order to process my claim.
