Make sure you have a good Camera on your phone if you have to upload photos or do a video chat. It does take about an hour wait for the whole process if you have a phone number that has changed so just be aware. However the video chat was fine just make sure your camera and microphone is working prior or they will hang up. They will give you the option to do another one very quickly. I really loved the rep that I spoke with, he made me enjoy all the trouble I did have to go through prior. Great customer experience on that end of things.
