I have to say that the live chat was the best part of the experience for me. I was confused both before and after the call but my agent was professional yet personable and also very business minded without being stuffy. I am not so sure about the website as I was confused with much of it but the personal touch helped me better understand the process.

In this day and age we need programs like ID me with everything!
When I initially tried ID.Me, it was confusing with the user name and password and if it was same password as other government acess areas.
I liked that during the process on my phone it let me take pics of my documents and send it right away, no uploads or other things to figure out.
When waiting for video chat, they would keep you informed of what was happening and timeline.
Quick very nice & most important professional taking time out to explain all the documents that I needed
24/7 availability for video calls makes this process so much easier. Friendly and excellent customer service.

This is the second time I have used ID.Me while purchasing items. Both times it was a fast an easy process. The first time I bought a Computer system thru Apple, my discount was over $600 and this second time was with Lowes which I puchased an appliance for my boat. In the future I will be purchasing larger items for our Condominium, the savings - 10% will add up.
