I started off about 9 pm trying to access MyHealthyVet and was sent out for a new sign in system. I chose ID.me as looking to be the best of the 3 options listed, then started the process of getting my actual identity established. After about an hour and a half of aggravation, I quit and restarted the next morning. An hour plus later, I finally got to speak with a "Trusted Referee" and within a few minutes, had my identity established so I can get back into the VA system.
