It was frustrating trying to explain my issue without being able to speak with someone directly. Several emails through, I finally was assigned someone to zoom with to verify my identity. It was quite a wait time for that zoom call to actually take place, about 3 or 4 weeks, but eventually happened. The agent, Steven, was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Thanks to him my issues were worked out and sufficiently resolved.
