A little frustrating but good due to security, as mentioned before, I had to use my cell phone in order to take photos due to ID.me computer program not allowing me to take pictures and only wanting you to download from your files which I don't have on the computer to include my passport.

ID.me is fairly straight-forward to use, but I had a problem in that I did not know my smartphone well enough to do the video call and consequently I had to revisit the video call "waiting room" for a second attempt. Also, I had to upload and send the front and back of two forms of identification twice--once was expected, but the second time was simply because my phone number could not be used to verify me (even though it was the phone number that they used to send me a one-time code to verify my identity). Aside from these two issues, I can honestly say that the ID.me website is the way to go. It is far more intuitive and simpler than the alternate identity verification vendor, in fact, I never could get verified with the other one.
