After you initially get everything set up which only takes a few mins your good to go and after that it's fairly simple to get verified. I feel safer knowing all of my info is thoroughly protected.
Once I connected to an agent the process was very fast but waiting to get through to the agent took over a half an hour and the wait time timer was a little off. I know at one point it said 3 minutes for 7 minutes. But great experience all in all.

All in all I notice the site is improving.Get into the online site, ( I had to have a verified identification online to get help government agency). I used the online site for consecutive process to get the IDMe completed. It took a few days. I had to get into the site with email and password for doing the process. Video call was made for final verification. The site asked for feedback besides this feedback site.
This company is effectively a rent-seeking scam. They contract with government agencies and private business to provide identity verification, meaning that often people have to use their service for things like health insurance and even unemployment benefits. And yet, their website is constantly malfunctioning, giving errors during all points in a process. They have basically nonexistent customer support; I had to scrounge around the internet to find any contact info (email or phone). If you don't have a smartphone, you can expect to spend weeks or even months, as I did, simply trying to set up an account on their website -- which, if you're required to use that website for something essential, could have serious financial or other consequences. I have asked my state senator to investigate the state's contract with ID.me to see if it actually provides value to, and doesn't create undue burdens for, its residents.
It was good, I could get into my Social Security account, it was very easy, but I'm tired of giving surveys. If I had a problem, it would be nice to have a number where I could actually talk to a person, in the usa, not out of the country. Thank you
