The problem was that I keep getting emails to verify my identity even thou 3 times I logged in to do that. I even asked if I needed to do something beside logging in. Agent kept asking me for a screen shot and did not understand that there was no screen shot to send! Again the problem is that I keep getting emails to verify my identity and now my identify seems to have expired. I also said that the problem could be that I have two email addresses. I'm not sure what I need to do to resolve this problem. I wanted to call and speak to someone but no phone number was provided!
