Awful reliance on using cell phones to upload documents, Bounces around from computer to cell phone & back again. Should be able to accomplish everything on your computer. No excuse for bouncing from one platform to another & back again.
The VA holds all of your records and medical information hostage by requiring identity verification. Id.me will require at least seven separate logins along with 2-factor authentification just get to the link where you upload docs. Once you upload them, there are no prompts letting you know your docs are being processed. Just an idle website... this is why veterans kill themselves. They are in a bad place mentally, cannot access their own I formation, are required to perfor. A kabuki dance to gain entry... they need help, not a barrier to their healthcare!
I use id me for all the members of my family. It's so easy, and safe, to get access online without having to spend hours waiting to speak with a human.
I always have a big issue logging into one of my government accounts the regular way. But when I use idme to login to the government site I have zero issues and it's a super smooth process. I'm able to get things done with ease even for online shopping using my military discount.
I was able to maneuver all the r steps necessary until the validation portion at the end of the process. The phone number that I was forced to use belongs to my elderly mother who has no internet service. There was no way to change the number to another on the account for validation therefore even though I qualify for the discount, I cannot complete the process and therefore No discount.
The person who video called me had several tattoos. She was wearing jewelry in places that are inappropriate for the work environment. I am very disappointed that this company does not require employees to present a professional appearance. I didn't feel comfortable with her having access to my personal information. I would be afraid of her if I saw her in public.

The process was fairly easy. Step by step went well. When an issue came up I was given the option of a video chat. That made the process much easier and simpler.
There was a time when I would have to sign into two or more platforms to get service related to government services. Since I've been enrolled in ID.me I just need to sign into one. I can move from item to item with ease on the ID.me website. James
