Tried for 3 days to log into MY SOCIAL SECURITY account. Husband was a computer analyst; I'm pretty proficient with computers as well but trying to get into Social Security was an absolute nightmare. There's no way the average elderly person could get into that site. Deeply appreciate ID.me or we would STILL be trying to log in to Social Security.
