It took me weeks and numerous requests to finally get the problem resolved by Agent Mark who quickly resolved the problem. He walked me through every step of the way ensuring the problem I had was completely resolved. I really appreciated the time he spent with me. I became so frustrated with the lack of Customer Support that I sent a Registered letter by "snail mail" to your CEO complaining of the poor customer support.

Works best if you have a smart phone to complete the process. I used my computer to follow the instructions. I only used the phone for the required pictures. I do not know how it would work without one. I followed the instructions, and everything worked the first time.

I started the verification process on my phone but I didn't get a positive result so I went to my local Dept of Labor Wilmington, DE office. I signed in on ID.ME and then waited for results via email. My State ID was scratched so I went back to office 11/28/22 and received positive results.
