I have been over two months trying to verify my identity because my ID has my name misspelled with one simple letter so because of that it caused all types of difficulties so if you have anything of these types of problems I would definitely find any and all documents that have the same spellings of your name, if possible, however if in fact it isn't possible it may be a long task a head.

Video call is the best way to go, but the hassle going through the process. Trying to call all the numbers and transfered to another representitive which just hangs up on you is redicuilous
