I am a young guy that is in to technology, and gotta say it was a little bit of a headache, first off the documents gotta be uploaded to a specific format that any other common user old or young would not understand. Secondly it is bad that ID.me does not have a way to verify that the device being used has a chat cam or camera attached to it for video calls. Finally the meeting with the representative was pleasant and professional and felt pretty secure.

Fraud is one thing. ID ME is a SCAM and a Fraud. I never asked to use it. I gave the Commonwealth of Mass ny US Passport and it was not Enough. Sorry people like Tom Brady scammed the US Government out of 960K but that is not MY Problem
