I had a complete ID.me given by a lady, which included submitting my CA driver's License, US Passport, Selfie my face etc. This morning when I checked my email I was informed my record does not show a completed ID.me protocol. I had to go back home to retrieve my US passport since I do not carry with me to work. After retrieving my passport, I engaged with Thomas, who did a professional job to re-capturing my passport and driver's license. I was then told I was done. So what happened to the Selfie picture taken yesterday night, I questioned myself. The answer in unknown! I'm yet to check with the IRS if everything is okay.
