My experience was awesome! Step-by-step instructions was easy to follow. My camera would not work for the video meeting. Thankfully, there was an alternative method right at their fingertip to complete the process. And that's not all. It never timed-out to where i had to continue logging back in! And... my Representative was very professional with a great smile! I didn't know there was great customer service
