Totally useless! Spent 2.5 hours in many attempts, trying to get IRS pin for just one of us--personal data, driver's license photos, selfies. Used every phone # I am connected with in several attempts as part of ID. FAILED EVERY TIME. IRS should use a bit of their big funding increase to replace these guys. Very frustrating. Deserves zero stars.
