I wrote this to ID.me: You people are problem-causing social parasites trying to profit off a messed up world, and the fact that your profits come from a messed up world, you, because you are amoral parasites at best, do what you can to KEEP the world messed up. The process was unnecessary and exceedingly invasive. There was no need to run me through all intensive, hard to complete EXTRA level of ID checking. And in the end, when I thought I'd finally finished, your online protocol glitched on me (no - it wasn't me - I have a 2020 MacBook Pro) and I had to DRIVE all the way to the unemployment department to get help. Likely, you are simply part of a system throwing up obstacles against honest people to discourage them from ACTUALLY collecting their due. Shame on you.
