Check my id.me but i can't get into the social security account
Hoping to be able to just shortcut the process of filing 1099 forms, I clicked on the links on the IRS page, and was informed that I would first have to log in via ID.me.
I went through the entire process, only to find that the only choice available to me was "Individual" and that once I clicked on that, I was sent to a page with an error code on it. I was unable to do anything else. Clicking back caused the page to break. Logging in again only takes me to the page with the error code.
Great they woman was very nice. She was quick and I felt safe with talking with her.

I started with the website but due to limitations of my camera I could not clearly photograph some of my ID's. I finally was able to get ones that we satisfactory and moved on to the video call to complete the verification process. After a 30+ minute wait I got to talk to an agent. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He seamlessly completed the process.
